TERMS & CONDITIONS (“T&Cs”)

1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of individuals or teams (“Participants”) in the CHISEL Healthcare InnoMatch 2026 organised by Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), supported by Ministry of Health, presented by Temasek Foundation, and powered by Agorize Pte Ltd (together the “Organisers”). By participating in this Challenge, you agree to comply with all the Terms outlined herein. 

 

The Organisers may at their sole discretion cancel, modify, and / or suspend any part of the Challenge at any time without prior notice. The Organisers also reserve the right to extend and /or adjust the dates of the Challenge as necessary. The decision of the organisers regarding all matters relating to the Challenge is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

2. Proposal Submissions
Upon submission of your proposal, the Organisers are under no obligation to acknowledge and / or accept your submission. Proposals may be rejected at any time if they do not meet the required criteria or if the Organisers deem them to lack sufficient merit. Additionally, the Organisers shall not be responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected proposals or technical issues during the submission process. Submission of false and / or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification from the Challenge.

3. Ownership of Ideas and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to your proposal remain with you, the Participant, unless otherwise agreed upon with the The Organisers. The Organisers do not claim ownership of any intellectual property submitted by the Participants.

4. Data Privacy and Personal Information
Participants must provide accurate personal information as part of the registration process. By registering, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering and communicating about the Challenge. The Organisers may also use the data to send marketing materials unless you opt out. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

5. Liability and Indemnification
You agree to participate in the Challenge at your own risk. The Organisers will take reasonable steps to ensure your safety during the Challenge, but they are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your participation. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents from any claims or damages arising out of your participation in the Challenge.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes or claims arising out of and / or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
