CHISEL Healthcare InnoMatch 2026

Enhancing Health through an AI and Tech-Enabled Workforce

CHI Start-up Enterprise Link (CHISEL) Healthcare InnoMatch 2026is calling for innovative, market-ready or near market-ready solutions to address critical and emerging healthcare needs!
Organised by the Centre of Healthcare Innovation (CHI), presented by Temasek Foundation, and supported by the Ministry of Health Singapore (MOH), CHISEL is a cross-cluster led platform that convenes the Singapore public healthcare system to accelerate the adoption of market solutions from start-ups and SMEs. It is an end-to-end process that matches market solutions to public healthcare needs and provides centralised funding and standardised evaluation to catalyse adoption.
In partnership with SingHealth, National University Health System (NUHS) and NHG Health, Healthcare InnoMatch 2026 is seeking solutions that can enable a high-performing, AI and tech-enabled workforce, improved efficiency while lowing cost and significantly improved patient health with the theme: Enhancing Health through an AI and Tech-Enabled Workforce.
Successful proposals in the Healthcare InnoMatch 2026 will obtain funding support to demonstrate their solutions in operational environments and will receive further endorsement from our partner healthcare clusters upon successful validation of the results of pilot implementation. Ultimately, the platform aims to bridge the market adoption gap, and allow patients early access to new and emerging healthcare innovations to address our critical healthcare needs.
